I trained for a half-marathon last year, then had a injury and spent winter pretty sedentary. I joined this class to get back into shape and fit into last year's summer clothes and met my goal! I love this class for the motivation (I would never lunge uphill on my own) and to change it up and work out outside with fun people! I feel stronger and have learned a lot about fitness and diet. Thanks D for sharing your talent and kicking our butts every week! |

Let it be known that I am fitting into all of my clothes that have taken up residence in the "too tight to wear" pile for that past year. Friends that havent seen me in a while are asking, "Wow, you look great! What are you doing?" My reply is, "Getting my ass kicked three times a week!!"
